Hello My Friend:
It shocks me to think that I have had a webpage for 2 years and that I have never written anything on it. My daughter reminded me this week that my web page has been renewed. She did not remind me that I never use it. I have a million excuses, none of them worth mentioning. But in two weeks time, I am going to have surgery on my knee. I am not nervous. In fact I am looking forward to walking better and feeling better. But I belong to a very small writing club where we get together once a week and write for 30 minutes. I have these little articles in notebooks, on slips of papers, in scribblers, etc. I am not a very legible writer and I know that if I don’t type up these articles, they will be lost forever. So I have promised myself to make an effort to write up at least one story a week.
I know I will be as surprised as you to find out what I have written. I admit I am a little apprehensive. So here goes – if you want to, you can take this journey with me. If not, that’s okay too.
